Yes, we ship worldwide.
All international orders are sent via Australia Post Economy Air, which keeps shipping costs affordable for readers.
Please note that this service does not include tracking unless specifically requested before purchase.

2. How much does international shipping cost?
We offer a simple flat-rate shipping fee to keep the cost predictable and affordable.

3. Why do I need to provide my email and address?
We require only the information needed to fulfil your order:

4. Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use PayPal and Stripe, two of the most trusted payment processors in the world.
We never see or store your card or bank details, only your name, email, and shipping address (if needed).
5. PayPal is showing an error or is not loading. What should I do?
If PayPal checkout does not load correctly, you can safely complete your purchase through our official PayPal business link:
Once completed, we will manually add your order into our system and process it immediately.
6. When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed within 24 hours, including manual orders through PayPal.Me.
You will receive a confirmation email and, if applicable, your Book Funnel digital delivery.
7. How long does shipping take?

9. How do I receive the ePub version of the book?
Digital editions are delivered through BookFunnel, a secure platform used by authors worldwide.
After purchase, you will receive an email from BookFunnel with your unique download link and instructions for installing the ePub on your device.
10. I didn’t receive my BookFunnel email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or promotions folder.
If you still cannot find it, contact us at contact@demeleverage.com and we will resend your link immediately.
11. Can I collect my paperback in person? (Perth only)
Yes, local customers may collect their books.
Please wait for your pickup confirmation email before arriving, as preparation times vary between 1–3 days.
12. What if my book arrives damaged?
If your book is damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
We will arrange a replacement or suitable solution.
13. What if I enter the wrong address?
Please contact us immediately if you made an error during checkout.
We can update the shipping address before the order is dispatched.
14. Do you accept refunds for digital products?
Due to the nature of digital content, ePub purchases are not refundable once the download link has been issued.
For paperback refunds, please contact us to discuss individual cases.
15. Does the flat-rate shipping include tracking?
Our flat-rate international shipping does not include tracking.
We use Australia Post Economy Air to keep shipping as economical as possible for our readers worldwide.
If you prefer a tracked service or an upgraded shipping option, you may request it before completing your purchase and we will provide the updated cost.
